The sessions with Lizzy were pitched at just the right level to build my skills and confidence. She was resourceful and adaptable in using the local waters to give me experience of lots of different conditions and in teaching me the skills needed to enjoy them. Her positive, friendly attitude made it so much fun whilst really pushing me to improve. An excellent experience all round."
